  1. Prepare Gram of flour 125gms.
  2. It's 250 gms of Yougurt.
  3. Prepare 1.5 tbs of Salt.
  4. Prepare 2 tbs of Red chilli powder.
  5. Prepare 1 of Onion.
  6. You need 2 tbs of Ginger garlic paste.
  7. You need 3 of Tomato.
  8. You need 1.5 ltr of Water.
  9. Prepare 3 of Green chilli.

  12. You need Half of cup for trka.

Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. Kadhi is served with plain white rice. I am a huge fan of Indian food. One of my favorite dishes is Kadhi Pakora.

  1. Take a pan add oil.when oil is hot then add onion.cook till lite brown..
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste.cook over low flame for 5 minute..
  3. Add tomato salt and red chilli powder and trumeric powder.cook over low flame for 5 minute..
  4. Take gram flour add water and yougurt blend it..
  5. Add this blended gram flour.mix well and cook over low flame for 1hour 45 minute..
  6. Take a pan add half cup oil.add cumin and balck pepper.add this oil into kadhi..
  7. Take a bowl add gram flour And all vegetables and all masalas and mix well and make a better. Take a pan add half kg oil.make pakoras..
  8. Then add pakoras into kadhi..
  9. Yummy kadhi pakoras ready to serve it..
