- It's of Chicken liver.
 - It's of Onion 1 chopped.
 - It's 1 tablespoon of Garlic Ginger paste.
 - You need 3 tablespoon of Oil.
 - Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
 - Prepare 1 pinch of zeera.
 
Chicken Liver(Kaleji) step by step
- First of all, Take a pan...Add Oil....Heat the oil, Add Zeera and Chopped Onions and saute well.

 - Mix all well and Cook for 15 minutes till Chicken liver becomes soft and Onions also turns pink and soft.
